 Ingredients

  • 15-20 Fresh basil leaves
  • 15-20 Peppermint leaves

Directions

Crush up all the leaves either in your hand or using a mortar and pestle and apply directly onto the affected area or the skin where it is itching. Rubbing the leaves directly onto the skin satisfies the uncontrollable urge to scratch.
