7 oz sour cream
10 chicken drumsticks
3 large garlic cloves
1 cup water
3 large potatoes
2 brown onions
4 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
¼ cup cooking oil
Add onions, ginger and garlic and place in a food processor and mince finely. Re-
move skin from potatoes and cut into quarters.
Add small amount of the water to the curry powder so it makes a paste.
In saucepan add oil and add the onion mixture and curry paste.
Cook for 2 minutes. Add the potatoes and chicken and make sure to coat well.
Add sour creamand rest of water, mixing well. Bring to boil and then reduce the heat to a simmer.
Cook for about 30 minutes.
Serve with white rice
