Recipe: Banana Raspberry Smoothie

Packed with vitamin C, the flax seed and the raspberries add the healthy omega-3 fatty acids. This smoothie is successful in keeping allergies away.  Ingredients 

Banana Raspberry Smoothie

  • 1 banana, preferably frozen 
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries, whole 
  • 1 tbsp. flaxseed or 1 tsp. flaxseed powder 
  • 1 cup almond milk or rice milk 
  • Mint leaves, for garnish 

Directions

 Add all the ingredients to a blender and pulse on high for about 20-30 seconds. Garnish with a mint sprig.
