Lavender and Rosemary Body Scrub for Stressed Out Skin

Ingredients:

2 cups Epsom salt
1 cup organic coconut oil
15 drops lavender essential oil
1 fresh rosemary sprig
1 glass jar (2 cups) with lid

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine your coconut oil, Epsom salt, and lavender essential oil. Now, using your herb shears, trim your rosemary leaves in to the bowl and use a large spoon to combine everything together well.

Once mixed, use your spoon to add your mix to your glass jar and put on the lid.

Keep this scrub away from heat or your oil will melt and separate.
If this happens, put your scrub in to the fridge to firm up.

To use, take a small scoop of the scrub out of the jar using your fingers.

Rub on to your skin using small circles, concentrating on areas of rough and dry skin.
Allow the scrub to set on your skin for a few minutes before washing it off with warm water.
