A smoothie that anyone would be ready to gulp down and one that helps those nasty allergies stay away too. Ingredients 

  • 2 cups Kale, roughly chopped
  •  1 small cucumber 
  • 2 large stalks 
  • 1 cup pineapple
  •  2 stalks of celery 
  • ½ grapefruit 
  • ½ cup Greek yoghurt 

Directions

Start by washing all of the vegetables and add it to the blender along with the celery, grapefruit and cucumber. Pulse for about 20-30 seconds followed by the re- maining ingredients after that.
